2016 Firefighter Recruitment

All applicants will need to download the following forms. Some of the forms are informational only. Some of the forms (as indicated) will need to be filled out completely and thoroughly. These forms MUST be returned to the Human Resources Department to secure your test date. Please download and print the following forms:

- Physical Agility Test Information
- Employment Application (To be filled out and returned to HR)
- Supplemental Questionnaire (To be filled out and returned to HR)
- EEO Survery (To be returned to HR)
- Waiver and Release (To be filled out and returned to HR)
Please be sure that you read all of the attached information prior to submitting the required forms to Human Resources.
An OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT and/or DD Form 214 must be submitted with your application.
The registration fee for testing is $15.00. The testing fee will be collected on the written test day. We accept cash, personal checks and money orders made payable to the City of Norman. We DO NOT accept debit or credit cards.
The written test date is Saturday, March 12, 2016. You will receive additional information in regards to your test date and time after the recruitment closes on February 26, 2016. This information will be sent to you via email or by letter.
