Library System Improvements

Library System Improvements

The City's recent Library Master Plan Update (November 2014) recommended construction of Library branches as part of the Library system. Two new library branches are proposed in central Norman and on the Norman's east side. The design contract with Meyer, Schere & Rockcastle (MSR) was approved and preliminary planning for design is underway for both Library branches. The East and Central Branch Library Ad Hoc Group has been appointed by Council and began meeting in January 2016.
